A contractor who claims to do everything usually does nothing well. We narrowed the list to 18 services because that's what 30 years of installs tells us we can do at our standard.
If your job involves any of these 18 services, we install it ourselves. Our own crews. No subcontractors. Outside this list — rolled cap roofing, slate, copper detail work, agricultural barns. we either refer you to a specialist or decline the job. The certifications we hold restrict what we can install under warranty. We’d rather say no than install some thing we can’t back.

Do you offer all 18 services for both residential and commercial?
Most services apply to both — residential and commercial roofing are separate service hubs but tile, metal, repair, maintenance, and coating apply to either. Emergency repair, storm damage, free inspection, and instant quote work for any property type.
What if my situation isn't listed?
Call (209) 668-6222 or use the contact form. We've handled requests outside the standard catalog — barn re-roofs, historical home restoration, multi-building HOA projects, agricultural buildings. If we can do it well, we will. If not, we'll refer you to a specialist.
How do I know which service I need?
Start with a free inspection. We diagnose what's actually needed — sometimes a $400 repair instead of a $14,000 replacement. The inspection has zero cost and zero obligation. From there we suggest the right service.
Are repairs cheaper than replacement?
Almost always — IF the underlying material has 5+ years of life left. If your roof is past its rated lifespan, repair just delays the replacement cost. We tell you honestly which path makes financial sense.

What's the difference between a free inspection and an instant quote?
The instant quote gives you a satellite-measured price range in 90 seconds (no email needed) — useful for budget planning. The free inspection is an in-person walk-around that produces a flat-rate written quote — needed before any work begins. Most homeowners use both.

Our coverage spans 52+ cities across Stanislaus, Merced, San Joaquin, Tuolumne, Calaveras, Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, Solano, and Fresno counties. Outside that, we'll refer you to a trusted contractor — we don't take work where we can't deliver our quality standard.
