How we earn 99%.
A perfect score doesn’t come from filtering reviews. It comes from doing the work right and standing behind it when something goes sideways.
GuildQuality is an independent platform that surveys every customer after every project. They don’t ask permission, we don’t see the responses before they’re published. we can’t edit or filter them. The 99% number is what it is.
What we control is the work. Every project is run by a foreman, materials match the maker’s specs (we’re GAF Master Elite, OC Platinum Preferred, and CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster), every callback gets a same-week response. That’s the entire system.
The other 1% — the customers we didn’t fully satisfy — we make right. Workmanship warranty, parts, follow-up visit, whatever it takes. The number stays high because we treat callbacks as the most key calls of the week.
