We believe in transparent, honest pricing. Here is how our estimate process works:
- Free inspections and estimates: We provide free roof checks and written estimates at no cost or obligation.
- Flat-rate pricing: All projects are quoted at a flat rate. The price we quote is the price you pay.
- No hidden fees: We do not charge hidden fees, surprise upcharges, or inflated material costs.
- Written estimates: All estimates are provided in writing and detail the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost.
- Estimate validity: Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
If unforeseen conditions are found during a project (such as hidden structural damage), we will notify you right away and provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any more work.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Once you accept an estimate and schedule your project:
- Scheduling: We will confirm your project start date and provide an estimated finish timeline. Dates may shift due to weather, material availability, or permitting delays.
- Weather delays: Roofing work is weather-dependent. If rain, extreme heat, or other conditions make work unsafe, we will reschedule at the earliest available date at no more cost.
- Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled project with at least 48 hours notice before the start date. If materials have already been ordered or delivered, you may be responsible for restocking fees.
- Our right to cancel: We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project if we determine that conditions are unsafe, the scope is over our capabilities, or the customer has violated these terms.
5. Warranty Terms
We stand behind every roof we install. Our warranty coverage includes:
- Manufacturer warranties: All roofing materials carry the manufacturer's warranty. As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred, GAF Master Elite, and CertainTeed Select ShingleMaster contractor, we offer access to the highest tier warranty programs, including coverage up to 50 years.
- Workmanship warranty: We provide a workmanship warranty on all installations. This covers labor and installation defects for the duration specified in your project agreement.
- Warranty conditions: Warranties may be voided if the roof is modified, repaired, or damaged by unauthorized third parties, or if the property owner fails to perform reasonable maintenance.
- Claims process: To file a warranty claim, contact us directly. We will inspect the issue and coordinate with the manufacturer if applicable.
